Reports by Tchadinfos and Dari Infos describe artistic and professional support under a theme of youth, creativity and social cohesion. Dari Infos specifies that ten artists, including at least five women, are expected to take part.

According to organisers quoted by Dari Infos, the objectives include twenty collective musical works and an artistic residency. The productions are intended to address tolerance, solidarity and dialogue between communities.

The launch is an organisational and announcement stage. Completed works and the intended social effects are not yet established outcomes and will need documenting during the announced six months.
