Oracle prices $20 billion in stock and bond offerings
Oracle announced the pricing of two public offerings totaling $20 billion on 2 November 2026, split equally between stock and debt. They accompany its costly cloud and AI infrastructure expansion; closing is expected on 4 November, subject to conditions.
The company is offering 86,206,897 shares at $116 each, for roughly $10 billion gross. The debt consists of five fixed-rate tranches paying 7% to 8.65%, with maturities from 2029 to 2046.
Oracle says net proceeds may fund general corporate purposes, including capital expenditure, debt repayment, acquisitions and shareholder distributions. They are therefore not wholly earmarked for an identified AI project.
Either offering may close independently of the other. Pricing does not mean that the proceeds have already been received.
