The platform combines clinical documentation, coding and decision support. Telekom says it is used in more than 10,000 facilities across fourteen European countries and integrated with around 130 medical record systems. These are company-reported figures.

The group describes the investment as a way to accelerate adoption of digital health tools in Europe. Tandem's stated aim of giving clinicians one billion hours back remains an ambition, rather than a measured time saving established by this announcement.

The release does not specify the amount invested by T.Capital. Nor does it provide an independent assessment of clinical benefits or time actually saved.
