The festival is presented by the Sikkim Education Department’s Students’ Welfare Board and produced by Teamwork Arts. It combines literary discussions, poetry, workshops and music, covering subjects including local heritage, biodiversity and climate change.

The opening report describes a conversation between historian William Dalrymple and Tashi Chopel, alongside musical performances. The event brings together regional voices and visiting guests.

The dates and themes come from the organisers; subsequent sessions remain to be documented.
