This dossier follows Laprophan’s IPO, from prospectus approval through subscriptions and offer results, distinguishing proposed amounts from funds actually raised.

Where things stand

As of 29 October 2026, the acquisition of Polymedic’s parent remains subject to approvals. Management does not detail its price in the AlphaBourse interview. The prospectus earmarks nearly 90% of the capital increase for it; that allocation is not the confirmed transaction price.

Laprophan: MCP says it intends to remain a shareholder for at least twelve months after IPO

Mediterrania Capital Partners (MCP) executive Hatim Benhmad told AlphaBourse on 29 October 2026 that the fund intends to remain a Laprophan shareholder for at least twelve months after its stock-market listing.

This is the shareholder’s stated intention. AlphaBourse reports that the prospectus provides no contractual lock-up for its remaining holding, so the statement should not be treated as a binding retention obligation.

The transaction note published by the AMMC sets a maximum offering of MAD 2.22 billion at MAD 341 per share, excluding a specific discount for eligible employees and executives. Subscriptions are scheduled for 9–17 November 2026. The offering has not yet been completed.

Laprophan management withholds Polymedic purchase-price details pending competition review

In an AlphaBourse article published on 29 October 2026, Laprophan management declined to detail the price of buying Polymedic’s parent company while the transaction is before the Competition Council.

The prospectus earmarks nearly 90% of the planned capital increase for the acquisition, about MAD 1.26 billion out of MAD 1.4 billion. That financing allocation alone does not establish the final transaction price.

The contract concerns Corporate Investment Holding, Polymedic’s parent. Completion remains subject to the necessary approvals: neither competition clearance nor completion of the acquisition is established.

The transaction combines a capital increase of approximately MAD 1.4 billion with the sale of existing shares worth up to MAD 822.56 million. According to the company statement reported by EcoActu and SNRT News, the shares offered would represent 37.64% of capital and voting rights after the transaction.

The announced price is MAD 341 per share. Laprophan says the proceeds will support industrial development and external growth. Approval of the prospectus is a regulatory step; it does not mean subscriptions have been completed or that the announced funds have already been raised.
