Saudi Cultural Fund signs partnership for projects in Riyadh’s Al Dirah
Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Development Fund has signed a cooperation memorandum with Dirah Development, SPA reported on 28 October 2026. It aims to open opportunities for cultural enterprises in Riyadh’s historic Al Dirah district.
The partners envisage events, workshops and exhibitions at the company’s destinations, connecting them with artists and organisations supported by the fund. They also plan to study a shared creative space and investment opportunities.
The memorandum sets out cooperation intended to improve projects’ access to the market. The announcements reviewed provide neither an investment budget committed nor an opening schedule for a new facility. The shared space and investments therefore remain proposals to be explored, rather than completed developments.
