Morocco’s Competition Council published a summary on 29 October 2026 of the proposed acquisition of joint control of ABA Life by Virunga Genesis alongside ABA Technology.

The notice describes Virunga Genesis as a vehicle indirectly controlled by a fund advised by Admaius. ABA Life’s activities include connected mobile medical units and telemedicine in Morocco.

The Council says the information comes from the parties and publication does not establish that the filing is complete. It therefore constitutes neither approval nor completion of the transaction.
