The group attributed growth to its expanding international care operations and insurance business. It said international operations accounted for about one-third of revenue, including the contribution from consolidating Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece and Cyprus.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation reached AED4.2 billion, up 20.4%. These financial measures come from the company’s communication; they do not directly measure hospitals’ clinical outcomes.
