At constant exchange rates, sales increased 1% to €5.925 billion. The operating margin was 5%, against 5.8% a year earlier. The company and dpa-AFX’s report highlight the burden of higher electronic-component costs.

The company maintained its annual guidance. Its statement nevertheless places the expected margin at the bottom of the 5.4% to 6% range. This outlook covers full-year 2026 and remains a target, separate from results already reported.

The figures concern the supplier Forvia Hella, rather than the consolidated accounts of the entire Forvia group.
