The operation, organised for Unity Day, includes rural communes far from health and education facilities. The ambulances are intended for seven communes, while the buses are meant to support pupils’ journeys.

According to MAP, the vehicles fall under INDH programmes addressing vulnerability and the human capital of younger generations. The handover is documented; the sources do not yet provide figures for journeys operated, patients transported or effects on school attendance.
