The presentation took place at a seminar for Jordanian and European diplomats organised by the EU Delegation, the Jordanian Diplomatic Institute and the SESAME research centre.

The proposed programme lasts nine months, with around 300 teaching hours across seven modules. It links science, public policy and diplomatic practice; climate, environmental security, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity are among the announced themes, alongside negotiation and evidence-based decisions. The reports specify no opening date for classes or enrolment total; they convey the institutional presentation without evaluating outcomes.
