Nador: Shell announces renewable fuels offtake agreement
Shell Trading Rotterdam has signed a long-term agreement with Green Sky Manara to buy renewable fuels from a planned Nador facility, according to the announcement reported on November 2, 2026.
The agreement covers roughly 150,000 tonnes a year of sustainable aviation fuel, or an equivalent volume of HVO, alongside bionaphtha and biopropane. The facility is scheduled to start operating in October 2028.
This is a commercial commitment concerning future production. The announcement does not establish that the plant is already operating or that deliveries have taken place.
