A pilot is planned in Rabat and Casablanca in early November. Survey findings are still to come.

An institutional overview of the health system published on Maroc.ma describes the agency’s powers: licensing and monitoring blood storage facilities, transfusion-related diagnostic and therapeutic activities, and proposing blood-bag tariffs. That framework distinguishes the institution’s continuing responsibilities from the newly announced assessment.
