According to ADM, a coach struck two cars slowing behind a truck with a puncture. A second collision about a hundred metres away reportedly caused material damage only. Investigations into the causes remain open.

Reports published during the day differ: LeSiteinfo cites local authorities for four deaths and 29 injuries; Madar21 reports three deaths and 33 injuries using hospital information. The figure of 32 injured is ADM’s statement, rather than a final reconciled medical tally.
