The statement includes support through the Quad SI Accelerator. It uses the term “superintelligence,” while specifying that Australia, India and Japan use it to mean artificial intelligence; the terminology does not announce a new technical capability.

The partners also plan to identify supply-chain bottlenecks in advanced semiconductors and AI hardware. The assistance remains an announced intention: national contributions, initial recipients and payment dates are unspecified. The announcement does not establish that this amount has been disbursed.
