The festival presents the change as a way for admissions to contribute to film creation. It does not announce money already collected.

The CNC explains that the tax on tickets helps generate cinema support accounts that can fund eligible works and investment. That documentation describes the general mechanism; it does not independently verify FIFAM’s particular arrangements.
