The company targets 345 million standard cubic feet of raw gas a day from 2029 over 25 years. A possible increase to one billion cubic feet a day is a future potential, rather than output already secured.

ADNOC says the gas will be processed on site and connected to the UAE network through new pipelines. It expects the development to support domestic supply and its liquefied natural gas export ambitions. The announcement does not disclose an investment amount.
