The Danish manufacturer plans scheduled deliveries over the contract term, with options allowing supplies to be adjusted. This procurement announcement does not document doses already delivered.

The UK health agency, quoted in the statement, describes the purchase as part of preparedness for infectious threats. Reuters reports that the contract value was not disclosed. No separate contract document was reviewed.
