The announced initial power capacity is 60 MW, with a design allowing staged expansion to 120 MW. The company plans combined air and water cooling for GPU servers.

The statement says work follows approval obtained in late August: the 2 November announcement therefore does not mean the first works began that day. The centre is intended to serve external customers and the group’s industrial operations; these uses remain planned.
