The monarch called on the government to prepare preventive plans to protect water resources and their sustainability. He also emphasised parliamentary oversight of government and accountability for officials who misuse their positions.

On regional affairs, he reiterated that stability depends on upholding the Palestinian people’s rights. These priorities describe the speech; they establish neither completed water projects nor new economic outcomes. Implementation depends on subsequent government and parliamentary steps.
