The event features ten films and professional exchanges organised by Côte d’Ivoire Cinéma with the Moroccan Cinematographic Centre. At the opening, Hien Sié, representing the Ivorian culture minister, called for projects jointly written, financed and produced.

The programme also includes training and a panel on coproduction mechanisms. Closing dates differ: Morocco’s ministry gives November 7, while AIP gives November 8. This discrepancy remains unresolved; no new jointly produced film is reported as completed.
