Moutatawi3: Abkari outlines plans for year-round volunteering
Youth Minister Delegate Salah Eddine Abkari told the House of Councillors on November 3, 2026 that Moutatawi3 could expand to year-round volunteering. The government portal and news outlets reported the proposal on November 4.
According to the minister, the current programme involves more than 3,000 young people and lasts three weeks: one for training and two for volunteering in institutions.
