SUNU announces IFC equity agreement for up to $29 million

A statement dated 4 November 2026, published by Financial Afrik, announces an agreement for IFC to invest up to $29 million in SUNU Investment Holding’s equity.

The agreement was presented in Luanda during AFIS, the financial summit held on 3–4 November. The statement targets stronger capital and financing for SMEs, particularly women-owned businesses.

The announced ceiling does not establish the amount actually invested or loans already extended to businesses.
