GovTech Malaysia is also launching GovHub, powered by the Kiro development agent: a 500-developer pilot is planned in 2026, targeting 4,000 by 2028.

Eligible small and medium-sized businesses are offered six months’ free access to Quick and Kiro after an AI readiness assessment, through partners GDXchange and VSTECS. The programme targets 10,000 SMEs by 2028. These figures are announced goals, rather than a count of active users.
