The company says the terminal secured more than $928 million, including $225 million in Islamic financing. The ammonia plant receives more than $460 million and targets annual capacity of one million tonnes.

Ta’ziz puts engineering, procurement and construction progress above 90% for ammonia and around 70% for the terminal. The financing announcement therefore does not mean both facilities are already operating.
