The announced offering covers both programme levels, from early project development to pre-production. It includes digital design, analogue and mixed-signal circuits, and photonic integrated circuits.

The tools target applications including AI chips and high-performance computing. The agreement concerns software access; the announcement does not yet demonstrate newly manufactured chips or measured gains for participating companies.
