The framework covers continuing education, research and the dissemination of governance practices. A separate agreement involves the Moroccan Institute of Directors to develop a certificate for family businesses.

According to the partners, the programme aims to help shareholders, directors and executives structure decision-making bodies and prepare business succession. Signing establishes a working framework; the sources reviewed do not yet specify a first cohort’s timetable or programme outcomes.
