Organisers schedule conferences and panels on 5 and 6 November, alongside business meetings and BIM training in the programme. BIM refers to the use of digital models and information in construction projects.

The stated aim is to improve infrastructure design, delivery and management. The salon’s opening does not itself establish a signed rail contract or savings already achieved; such possible outcomes remain to be documented.
