Miller Chang currently heads the company’s Embedded Sector. Under the announced plan, he will oversee global operations and delivery of group objectives, while K. C. Liu focuses on governance, long-term development and new investments.

The effective date also appears in the corporate notice distributed through Taiwan’s market disclosure platform. The reviewed press reports relay the announcement; they are not observations of a change already implemented.

The new structure is scheduled for 2027. As of 5 November, it remains an announced succession plan.
