According to the company’s release, the site covers 107,450 square metres, including 70,000 of production space. It is intended to make modular data centre shelters and supporting power equipment, including diesel generators and power transfer units.

EPG expects more than 800 local jobs once the plant is fully operational. Those employment and capacity figures remain company targets rather than operating results. The announced milestone concerns the structure; it does not mean that construction is complete or production has begun.
