According to the hospital, the 43-year-old Emirati patient had experienced persistent symptoms for more than five years despite two operations. Burjeel describes a subcutaneous injection with a six-month dosing interval, administered with support and oversight from Abu Dhabi’s Department of Health.

WAM and Al-Ittihad repeat information supplied by the hospital; they are not two independent clinical assessments. The announcement documents reported use without publishing follow-up that establishes this patient’s outcome. Regional priority remains Burjeel’s claim.
