Those commitments concern Mubadala Capital’s investment strategies: the announced amount is not described as the price of the equity stake. The release does not specify the percentage acquired or its valuation.

Mubadala Investment Company is to remain the majority shareholder. Mubadala Capital would retain its own management and governance, according to the parties. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory and legal approvals; the announcement therefore does not establish that the transaction has closed.
