Regional debt issuance falls 10% over nine months, according to LSEG

Bond issuance in the Middle East and North Africa reached $129.7 billion in January–September 2026, down 10% year on year, according to LSEG figures reported on 27 and 28 October.

Saudi Arabia accounts for 42% of proceeds. Enterprise also reports shares of 26% for the United Arab Emirates and 13% for Qatar.
