BRVM Composite slips 0.02% at the 29 October close

The BRVM Composite ended trading on 29 October 2026 at 528.25 points, down 0.02%, according to the official bulletin of the regional exchange based in Abidjan.

The BRVM 30 fell 0.07% to 256.07 points, and the Prestige lost 0.35% to 195.93 points.

Equity and rights turnover reached CFA2.192 billion. The bulletin lists 21 advancing securities, 16 declining and nine unchanged among the 46 traded.

Sector performance diverged: financial services rose 0.91%, while telecommunications fell 1.64%. The small overall decline therefore does not describe a uniform fall across stocks.
