In other reporting channels, the reporting doctor or an authorised regional health-agency employee performs this task; where diagnosis rests on a biological test, responsibility falls to the head of the service or laboratory.
The decree changes reporting arrangements for diseases subject to special surveillance. It allocates data-processing responsibilities; it does not announce a new list of reportable diseases.
