Nigeria: NCDC reports negative Ebola tests for two suspected cases

Two suspected Ebola cases in Yola, Adamawa State, tested negative after two rounds of testing, according to a Saturday evening NCDC statement reported by Premium Times on 31 October.

The patients had been isolated during the investigation. Reuters had earlier reported the alert while results were pending.

The NCDC says no case is confirmed in Adamawa. The findings concern the two people tested and do not establish an absence of risk across the country.
