Amiens film festival announces CNC-approved ticketing

Amiens International Film Festival announced on 1 November 2026 that it is adopting ticketing approved by France’s National Centre for Cinema for its 46th edition. It says ticket prices will remain unchanged.

The festival presents the change as a way for admissions to contribute to film creation. It does not announce money already collected.

The CNC explains that the tax on tickets helps generate cinema support accounts that can fund eligible works and investment. That documentation describes the general mechanism; it does not independently verify FIFAM’s particular arrangements.
