Kuaishou announced on 30 October 2026 in a Hong Kong exchange filing that Beijing Kling’s capital increase had closed. Investors paid approximately 19.802 billion yuan, or $2.905 billion at the published conversion, into its generative-video business.

The development is payment of a round announced in July and updated in August, rather than a second raise to add to the first. Some commitments were transferred to new investors, including Kingdee and MetaX, while unpaid portions from Dakang Lanwu and BFI MIDCO were terminated.

Kuaishou retains control of the subsidiary. Percentages in the ownership table assume full use of share-incentive arrangements. The filing documents a financing milestone announced by the company; it does not confirm future revenue, model performance or a stock-market listing.
