De Minaur, the fifth seed, offered more resistance in the second set after Alcaraz dominated the opener. Italian live coverage from LiveTennis and Eurosport also records the result.

The second-seeded Spaniard finished the week without dropping a set. Tennis Majors counts this as his fourth title of the season, after the Australian Open, Doha and Tokyo, and the 28th of his career. Both finalists are due to move on to the Paris Masters, where they have first-round byes.
