The announced financing supports ANP’s 2023–2030 investment programme. It takes the form of a subsidised thirteen-year loan without a state guarantee, according to information presented at the signing.

Priorities include infrastructure rehabilitation, renewable energy and desalination, fishing ports and quay electrification. Nizar Baraka cited operations in Tan-Tan, Tarfaya, Laayoune, Boujdour, Dakhla and Lamhiriz, highlighting development in the Moroccan Sahara. Project allocations and disbursements remain to be documented.
