According to reporting on the agreement, ADNOC Gas seeks to broaden its domestic customer base while EtihadWE prepares additional generation capacity. The companies present the cooperation as a way to connect growing gas supply with new local demand.

The material reviewed provides no contracted volumes, prices or power-plant commissioning schedule. The signing therefore does not establish a measurable increase in electricity output or gas revenue.
