The story follows a 16-year-old prosecuted for having an illegal abortion, alongside the women who helped her. According to distributor Gaumont’s synopsis, the lawyer turns the defence into a challenge to the law itself.

Charlotte Gainsbourg and Cécile de France feature in the cast. Listed with a running time of 1 hour 42 minutes, the film joins the new releases recorded by L’Officiel des spectacles. It was selected for a special screening at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.

The opening marks a new stage in the film’s distribution. The consulted sources do not yet provide an admissions tally measuring its cinema audience.
