Channels Television describes a proposed facility for petrol and diesel. Sika Finance reports a roughly 16-kilometre connection between the port and storage tanks as part of a strategy to serve regional markets.

Published costs and capacities differ depending on whether accounts cover the terminal or a wider regional programme. They are therefore not treated here as a consolidated budget. The ceremony establishes neither delivery nor commissioning of the facilities.
