Agthia reports AED154.6 million nine-month net profit

UAE food and beverage group Agthia announced on 4 November 2026 nine-month net profit of AED154.6 million, compared with AED53.2 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 9.6% to AED3.9 billion.

Third-quarter revenue reached AED1.3 billion, up 14.4%. The figure includes AED104.7 million in one-off sales; the company puts underlying growth at 5.2%.

Quarterly net profit reached AED33.2 million, against AED4.1 million in the same period of 2025. The comparison benefits from a prior-year base affected by impairments in the snacking business. The reported figures therefore require distinguishing operating improvement from exceptional effects.
