Announced partners are Tallgrass Energy, Black Hills Energy, American Electric Power and Related Digital. Power supply includes a planned 702-megawatt Bloom Energy fuel-cell development using natural gas and paired with carbon capture and storage.

This is an announced investment; the sources reviewed do not establish that the site is operational. Planned electricity capacity does not measure emissions actually avoided: capture performance remains to be demonstrated in operation.
