Public procurement: Le360 describes effects of prolonged portal disruption
In reporting published on 6 November 2026, Le360 says Morocco’s public procurement portal still displays a preventive suspension notice and describes disrupted tender consultation and bid submission.
The platform, managed by the General Treasury, serves businesses and public bodies. Nichan also described these difficulties in Arabic on 5 November.
