FrontPageAfrica specifies a $1.538 billion spending envelope. Liberia News Network reports the presentation of a revenue projection rounded to $1.54 billion. These figures describe a proposed framework: lawmakers still need to examine and vote on it.

FrontPageAfrica says proposals include $135.8 million for health and $163.5 million for education, alongside measures on public pay and pensions. These are requested allocations, rather than expenditure already executed for 2027.

Financing remains central to scrutiny: the summary described by the newspaper does not fully detail the shares of taxes, aid and borrowing. The final budget size and allocation will depend on legislative decisions.
