Baidu says the mixture-of-experts architecture has 280 billion total parameters, with 14 billion activated per token. FP8 and BF16 versions are available on Hugging Face. This is a pretrained base; a post-trained version is to follow.
License v1.0 excludes the European Union, United Kingdom and South Korea from its territory. Commercial use requires prior written authorization. Developers therefore need to check applicable rights before deployment; published comparative performance remains Baidu's own assessment.
