Granit announces €5 million for AI healthcare administration

Published

French startup Granit announced €5 million in funding in a release dated 5 November 2026 to develop AI agents for healthcare providers. It includes €3.5 million in equity led by Seedcamp and €1.5 million in non-dilutive financing, involving Bpifrance.

The agents target coverage checks, billing, rejected claims and payment follow-ups within existing software. Funding is intended to grow technical and commercial teams, add healthcare specialties and prepare European expansion.

Granit claims more than 250 healthcare organizations use its tools in France. That figure remains attributed to the company; the reviewed sources do not establish independently measured time savings at this scale. The announcement concerns care administration, not clinical validation of a diagnostic tool.
