Gem Resources announces conditional Gravelotte disposal

Gem Resources announced on 28 October 2026 a conditional agreement to sell its interest in South Africa's Gravelotte emerald mine to Global Gem Mines.

The statement sets a fixed price of $1.7 million, with a royalty potentially taking the total to $2.4 million. That maximum is not guaranteed.

The agreement dated 27 October remains subject to conditions including regulatory consent. The announcement therefore does not establish a completed ownership transfer.
